Terms & Conditions – Cambria Tours

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with Cambria Tours. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking Confirmation:
a. All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
b. A booking is considered confirmed once full payment or a specified deposit has been received and acknowledged by Cambria Tours.

Prices and Payments:
a. The prices quoted by Cambria Tours are in the currency specified and are inclusive of taxes, unless stated otherwise.
b. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
c. If a deposit is required, the remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
d. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.

Cancellations and Amendments:
a. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to cancellation fees based on the following timeline:

More than 30 days prior to the tour start date: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or costs incurred.
30 to 15 days prior to the tour start date: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days prior to the tour start date: No refund.
b. Amendments to the tour booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Travel Insurance:
a. It is strongly recommended that all participants have comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, and loss or damage to personal belongings.
b. Cambria Tours shall not be held responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to a participant’s failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.

Health and Safety:
a. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to undertake the chosen tour.
b. Any pre-existing medical conditions or special dietary requirements must be notified to Cambria Tours at the time of booking.
c. Participants must follow all safety instructions and regulations provided by Cambria Tours during the tour. Non-compliance may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Itinerary Changes and Force Majeure:
a. Cambria Tours reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or any other event beyond its control.
b. In the event of a major itinerary change or cancellation of the tour by Cambria Tours due to force majeure, participants will be offered alternative arrangements or a refund, at the discretion of Cambria Tours.

Liability:
a. Cambria Tours shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay incurred by participants during the tour, except where such incidents result directly from the negligence or willful misconduct of Cambria Tours or its employees.
b. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to exercise caution and ensure the security of their possessions at all times during the tour.

Photography and Marketing:
a. Participants may be photographed or filmed during the tour. By booking a tour with Cambria Tours, participants grant permission for their likeness to be used for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wales.

Severability:
a. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By booking a tour with Cambria Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
